Ha!Ha! It was beach swimming yesterday at Fremantle. Port Beach is sandy and the water is really cold.. a good chill out place. Want to see a sweetie beach bird frolicking without any clothes on? Click on this video.
Ha!Ha! Putting up the tent was a challenge but it was the best thing we had after the swim. UNfortunately the indianboyfriend gulped down a big mouthful of sea water amidst the stronger than usual waves.
And in a jiffy, the complete shelter was up!
The sun was not too hot despite it being noon. There is a cool sea breeze and you get a splendid view from the tent.
But there was not all. It was lunch in Fremantle and mybakuteh selected a Thai restaurant on William Str offering 25% discount. And they did on all orders and there is no public holiday charge. And the food? Authentic Thai as the meals are cooked individually. The fried rice ( $10 less 25%) is heavenly and the tom yum with rice has the most authentic spicy soup. The pathai however is a little too sweet. And take away boxes are free. Aroi mak,, krup! If you have thai friends visiting, this is THE place.
Hmm. you guessed it. Kaledoscop3 is having the rice with tom yum. On the Australian front, Rockhampton in QLDS is in danger of being cut off as the flood waters threaten to overflow the only incoming accessible road. At Langford, the merry campers are back with Albany fish tales to tell!Today is Tuesday and back to work for most people. Have a great 2011 Day and remember to date your documents 2011!
