Look at the lushness the winter rains have brought. In autumn before we left the area was all sandy and bare. Then mybakuteh bought a bag of grass seeds and Sarge Wen scattered then all over the ground. Look at how they have sprouted!
And we had a nice visitor yesterday. Kin told us she is due in about a week and half. That is her countdown! In the pic, you can see the box of ginger mybakuteh successfully brought in. In fact, the immigration officer thought it was ginseng! Kin is looking at some of the gifts and baby angpows from Singapore. And looked what she brought for us!
Giant strawies!!! They are about as big as you can get. We went Belmont yesterday and was able to have magmum in the evening and Mortdella in the morning! Each evening meal now comes with a big pot of hot soup. Drink in the cold evening is very "song".
Today is already Friday and the weekend is here. Ha!Ha! For the indianboyfriend and mybakuteh, every day is weekend. The only difference is there is no Pay Day.. Ha!Ha! Enjoy.
