We visited spud shed in the afternoon and were greeting by spurts of heavy rain. We are expecting hail balls to splatter on the car roof any time but thank God nothing happen. It was more of a Singapore afternoon thunderstorm, a prolonged one somewhat. No storm outside or no storm inside spudshed even bananas were $2.49!
The only charming storm was in Singapore - a storm of splashes in the kitchen basin where dear Hannah is having her bath!
In the evening, we saw the storm but it was in Kambos. There was a storm of people for the special sale and we had even got to line up to get him. There was free sausage sizzle and Kaledoscop3 queued for a drink so the indianboyfriend followed. Then when we were near our turn, the bread ran out. And when it was Kaledoscop3 turn, she asked for a drink. The sausage was inches within our grip but we walked away the fridge to look for drinks. No more drinks left. And there was the crowd thundering away as there was a hugmonus line to pay for the items you picked. Auditor Sarge Wen AC surmised the things were not actually any cheaper and we managed to escape the human storm. Of course the rainbow in the sky put an end to the supposed worst storm for the year.
But we had a nice visit to Malaga, and visited Kaledoscop3 nice office.
And dinner was at a nice empty Vietnamese restaurant. The food was tasty but suspect it has MSG... but no leh when went home and play on line scrabble, the mind was still coherent. Talking about scrabble but take my hat off Si Fu Sarge Wen AC. He scored a 78 point word last night!!!!But the experienced indianboyfriend was not deterred and galloped away again!
Nice pho on raw beef... although there could be more raw beef.
And the nice spacious shop. Well today is mid week! Plough on and soon it will be weekend again! Enjoy!
