Hmm.. the garage sensor lights stopped working after we came back. So the Vic Park Handyman did some serious trouble shooting by studying the manual. After resetting, he went out and make several movements repeated but still no light. Hmm the neighbour across the road musht have thought the time has come for the old man to flip. Anyway undaunted he consults Xian who said the bulbs might be blown and so did Sarge Wen. Cannot be as they were new and why two so chian chian sploit. Finally the indianboyfriend decided to open up the lamps and checked. Alamat! They were right - one was blown and the other pic cha some more. So went down Bunnings and got the bulbs. Amalak again. Brought the wrong voltage. But Bunnings very good - no questions asked - just replace. Funny thing is that the 60 Watt ones needed were more expensive than the 100 watt. Ni shuo qi kuai bu qi Kuai! Then on a sunny day, the bulbs went in. Hey Presto, the lights pop out in the night when we drove in. Save $$$ in calling in an electrician.
Talking about bulbs, the severe windy storm last night cause a blackout. Candles were whipped out and MasterChief no more stars to watch. Luckily we ordered a lantern light from Catch of the Day!
We harvested the lime at COMO during the home viewing on Sat. Funny thing was one prospective tenant called from Brisbane and offered to transferred the deposit to us to secure the house unseen. Ni shuo qi Kuai bu qi kuai!Too good to be true but the night before we saw Today Tonight report of rental scam and it frightened us a little.
Today is cloudy and mybakuteh is betting on the sun to rise as she does the laundry. Today is also Hannah visiting day! A hectic week has passed and it will be a slow and easy week this time. Must remember to take out the garbage as we now have o'flow some more bin.
